Privacy policy
Last updated: August 2026
This is a courtesy translation. The Spanish version of this policy is the binding one in the event of any discrepancy.
1. Data controller
- Controller: Francisco Sánchez (Nice & Visual)
- Tax ID (NIF): 47708273V
- Address: Calle de la Higuera, 130, 2.º, 12006 Castellón de la Plana (Spain)

2. What data is collected and why
This site has no user accounts and no private area. The only personal data processed is what you provide voluntarily:
- Contact form and email: name, email address, company (optional) and the content of your message. Purpose: to answer your enquiry and, where appropriate, prepare and send a quote. Legal basis: your consent and pre-contractual measures taken at your request (art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b GDPR).
- Engaging services: in addition to the above, the tax details required to issue an invoice. Purpose: performance of the contract and compliance with accounting and tax obligations. Legal basis: performance of a contract and legal obligation (art. 6.1.b and 6.1.c GDPR).
No profiling and no automated decision-making take place. No special categories of data are processed.
3. How long data is kept
Enquiries that do not lead to a commission are kept for a maximum of one year from the last contact. Client data is kept for the duration of the relationship and, afterwards, for the applicable statutory limitation periods (six years for commercial records and four for tax records). You may request erasure earlier at any time, except where there is a legal obligation to retain the data.
4. Recipients
Your data is never sold or transferred to third parties. It is accessed only by the providers strictly necessary to deliver the service, acting as data processors under a contract signed in accordance with article 28 GDPR:
- Telefónica Soluciones de Informática y Comunicaciones de España, S.A.U. (Hostalia), in Spain: web hosting and delivery of the contact form messages.
- The accountancy firm handling bookkeeping and invoicing, where services are engaged.
No international data transfers outside the European Economic Area take place. Should any provider change this, this policy will be updated before it happens.
5. Your rights
You may exercise at any time the rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, as well as withdraw any consent given, by writing to contacto@niceandvisual.com and stating which right you wish to exercise. A reply will be provided within one month at the latest.
If you believe your data has not been handled properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
6. Cookies
This site uses no cookies — no analytics, no advertising, no third parties. There is no Google Analytics, no social media pixels and no fonts loaded from external servers: the typefaces and every other asset are served from this domain. That is why you will not see a consent banner — there is nothing to consent to.
Your browser may store the site's files in its cache to speed up later visits, but that does not involve processing personal data.
Two interface elements — the notice that appears on the browsable examples and the FAQ assistant — record in the browser's session storage whether you have already dismissed them, so you are not shown the same thing twice in one visit. It is a yes or a no: it identifies nobody, it is never sent to a server and it disappears when you close the tab.
7. Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Reasonable technical and organisational measures are in place to protect data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.
8. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated to reflect legal changes or changes in how the site works. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with its update date at the top.
